IMPORTANT INFO - DELIVERY OF PREMIUM SPALOCK

Before your home delivery, within 1-3 working days, you will receive a text message or phone call from the carrier we use. This is to determine the time of delivery.

Home delivery of Spalock - Home delivery refers to delivery to the property line.
Normally delivery is by DHL Home Delivery.
DHL should contact the customer to arrange a time for delivery and then the driver should call 15-30 minutes before delivery. The customer must be at home to receive the Spalocket. If no one is at home at the agreed delivery, a cost for a new delivery will be charged. DHL has no possibility to take care of the old spalocket.

If you have also ordered other products, these will be delivered separately to DHL Servicepoint.

NEVER allow the carrier to just put the lid down at your home.
You will be deemed to have accepted the delivery regardless of its condition.

Before signing and unpacking the lid:

  • Check the packaging carefully before signing the delivery note.
  • Check that the item and dimensions match your order

Watch out for possible transport damage

If there is any damage, it must be documented on the delivery note and preferably with a card.

If you find any damage:

  • Take photos. Tear open the bag where there is external damage and check that the lid is undamaged.
  • If there is damage to the lid, take more photos and make sure the driver records the damage on the delivery note.

 

Should you have damage to the cover, the driver will probably, after documentation, want you to take delivery of the goods. The advantage is that you can use the cover until we deliver a new one.

Then contact us and we will help you get a new cover in place.

OBS OBS If you do not pay attention to the above, or if you and the haulage company/driver make a separate agreement, we will find it difficult to help you with any damage.
