Spakemi

Here you will find Good and Cheap Spakemi

Spakemi 2
Why do we think that Chlorine and Bromine are the best spa chemistry in the spa?

Chlorine in hot tubs:

Most effective and cheapest. Chlorine is the only substance that both disinfects and oxidises the water. This is why we recommend chlorine products in hot tubs. This is to ensure that bacteria do not survive, so you can enjoy your spa without any problems. If you want to swim without the smell of chlorine, try SunWac 9 or 12 tablets, most commonly used before/after bathing. Depending on how much you bathe, the shock chlorination instead of the tablets after bathing, every two or three weeks. The shock chlorine removes chloramines (used chlorine) and other impurities. Very good to occasionally drain some water and refill with new "spa water".

Bromine in hot tubs

Can therefore be used with advantage if you have chlorine allergies. Very effective compared to other chlorine-free chemicals. The advantage of Bromine is also that it provides the same disinfection regardless of pH value. Try Bromin Tabs in a dosing float.

* In addition to a basic disinfection with Chlorine/Bromine, a shock treatment should be carried out every two weeks. Most commonly used are Spa Shock or Spa Chlorine. But there is a very effective variant that contains chlorine and oxygen, Delphin Oxi Booster.

Basic advice Spakemi:

  • When adding new water to your spa, start by measuring the pH balance. Always try to stay in the range of 7.0 - 7.4.
  • Use chlorine as a disinfectant in your spa. Cheapest and best. If you are allergic to chlorine, use Bromine.
  • Do not underdose. Don't be afraid of the chlorine, be afraid of the bacteria. Always dose according to the instructions on the package.
  • Make sure you take a good shower before bathing and thoroughly rinse off any soap residue on your body and swimwear.
  • Feel free to use Cleaning-free spa filters which keeps the water cleaner and makes it easier to care for your spa.
  • Change the water in the spa 3-4 times per year and at the same time clean the pipework with a special "pipe cleaner".
  • When changing the water, it is also advisable to clean the spalocket and treat the vinyl against weather, wind and UV radiation.

pH Balance:

A high pH value results in poor chlorine disinfection, skin irritation, lime precipitation and turbidity. Low pH results in aggressive water that wears out equipment and causes eye and mucous membrane irritation.

Chlorine:

Most effective and cheapest. The most common practice is to use tablets before/after bathing. Depending on how much you bathe, you shock-chlorinate instead of the tablets after bathing, every two or three weeks. The shock chlorine removes chloramines (used chlorine) and other impurities. Very good to occasionally also drain some water and refill with new "spa water".

Bromine:

Can be used advantageously if you have chlorine allergies. A little more expensive than chlorine but very effective compared to other chlorine-free chemicals. The advantage of Bromine is also that it provides the same disinfection regardless of pH value.

NEVER mix different Spakemi in a smaller container.

No problem when mixed with a few cubic metres of water in your spa. Granules, powdered chemicals, can be dissolved in a bucket of warm water before being poured into the spa.

Duscha nougat.

It is estimated that you add 200 times more dirt and bacteria to the bath if you bathe without showering. This uses more chlorine and clogs all types of filters. Soap and surfactants from detergents are important to rinse off properly. If you fail, you will probably get a white foam that can be difficult to get rid of. There are chemicals for this to spray on.

Cleaning-free spa filtersSpafilter 400x400 cat thumb 1

Are by far the most user-friendly. Who wants to stand in the middle of winter washing spa filters? These filters also provide clearer bathing water, as they remove smaller particles. There is no need to buy chemicals for filter washing. If you use one filter, it lasts about 3 months and if you use two filters at the same time, the consumption time during normal family bathing is 6 months.

Change your bath water regularly!

You should change the water in your spa 3-4 times a year and at the same time clean your spa's pipework.

First remove the spa filters and then dispense the recommended amount. "Pipe Cleaner" the existing bath water. Switch on the jet and run the whole system for about 10 minutes before draining the old bath water. Take the water hose and put it against the nozzles to rinse out any extra dirt.
(If you want to be extra careful, add new water and run it for a while and then drain again). Add new water, adjust the pH value and shock-chlorinate the new bath water. You now have a new healthy bathing water to enjoy.

Tip 1:

If you intend to change your spa filters at the same time, it may be a good idea to rinse the old filters and use them for the first 24 hours. Otherwise, the risk is that you will immediately clog new spa filters with residues from pipes and from the biofilm from the fresh water.

Tip 2:

Take the opportunity to clean the vinyl side of the spa lid at the same time. But remember to thoroughly rinse off any soap residue so it doesn't get into the spa, because then you really get a bubble bath. Spray on Vinyl protection 303 the cover will have a longer lifespan.
